How to order & Printing information * MUST READ ! *


> We provide FREE simple designing service as a standard. But if you require a customised design for your artwork, a designing fee will be charged. To know more about our FREE designing service and customised designing service, please provide us more information about your requirements by emailing it to mystore@ideazs.com. If you have a sample artwork that you would like to us to recreate, please attached it in your email.

** Defination of Simple Designing Service - A designing service that do not consist any logo element construction and abstract visual in the artwork . 


Design Image Gallery: 

Now you can browse our Design Image Gallery to choose your design theme. We will design it according to your requirements. Final artwork will be sent to you via email for confirmation before printting. And the best thing is that the service is FREE.

Themes can be applied to all printing items eg: Name card / Flyers / Brochures / Menu / Wall paper / Fridge Mural / Booklet / Sticker / Paper bag / Bookmark / Money packet / Flag lines / Greeting cards / Banner etc.


Ordering process:

1) For Customers without Artwork ready. Just follow these few steps:

    a) Just take a picture with your smart phone or scan your item that need to be printed and email it to us >> mystore@ideazs.com.

    b) Tell us briefly what you need to print. Our designer will contact you within 1 working day for more information about your printing requirements.

    c) We will design it and email back to you for confirmation. An Unique FILE name indicating your design will be sent together with the email.

   d) To confirm & order > Go our MyStore website, click on the relevant page and order your item. Add the Unique File name to the remark section in the order page to facilitate the ordering process.

2) For returning customers & customers with artwork ready or Designers:

> Log in (if you already have an account or sign up if you are new)

> Browse & choose our products to print

> Upload your file to print in the order page or type your Unique File Name in the remark section

> Check out your cart 

> log out


"Face 2 Face" Meeting Service:

* we recommend this to customers who do not have artwork ready.

> If you are confused and need things done urgently, this is the service for you.

> We offer this service to customers within the Klang Valley only at the moment.

> A refundable deposit is required (RM100)

> A small service fee of RM20 will be imposed and will be deducted from the deposit.

1) How it works:

You will need to make a deposit of RM100 at MyStore. You will get two (2) "Face 2 Face" visits at your office. After the two (2) visits, we will continue to advice and assist you via email till you achieve what you want to print (limited to a duration of 1 week only). We will only charge a minimum fee of RM20 for the service which will be deducted from the deposit. The balance RM80 will be credited back to your account in a form of a voucher and it is only valid for a period of 3 months after the last "Face 2 Face" visit. After the expiry, the voucher is deemed unusable and the deposit is considered forfeited.

2) To order:

> Log in or sign up if you are a new customer

> Go to Categories and choose "Face 2 Face Meeting"

> click add to cart and check out as per normal transaction

> our designer will contact you within 1 working day.

Paper materials explained here:

1. Simili paper (80gms/100gms): This type of paper is similiar to the paper you use in your office and home. Its has less shine compared to Art paper. click here to view sample

2. Ivory card (230 gms): This type of card has a similiar surface texture with the Simili paper. But the difference is that Ivory card is much thicker. The surface has less shine compared to Art card.

3. Art paper (105gms/128gms/157gms): This type of paper often used in product flyers / leaflets. Its has a natural shine on the surface. But less shine compared to material printed with UV finishing.

4. Art card (260 gms): This type of card has a simliar surface texture with Art paper. The difference is that Art card is much thicker. Its has a natural shine on the surface. But less shine compared to material printed with UV finishing.

5. Art card (260 gms) with Matt lamination and Spot UV finishing: Matt lamination is a finishing that makes the material ...well Matt! (Not shiny). On the contrary, Spot UV makes certain part of the material more shiny. click here to view sample


To make your life easier:

> We keep your artwork(s) for a period of one (1) year. So if you are a returning customer and would like to reprint certain previously printed materials, just let us know and we will search for the artwork and sent a confirmation copy to you before reprinting.

> If you need to add or change certain information of the artwork, just let us know and we will change and sent a confirmation copy to you without charge.

Multiple files upload for printing:

If you need to upload multiple files for printing, please compress all files into a single zip folder file. If you do not have a zip compressing program, please go to WinZip or 7-Zip to download one for free.


Design Template FREE download:

> We have prepared design templates to be used for your designing purposes.

> To download these templates, follow this few steps

    >> Go to Categories section

    >> click on FREE design template downloads tab

    >> choose your templates

    >> check out your cart as per normal transaction  (Don't worry, you will not be charged for this.)

    >> A download link will be sent to you via email. Check your mail box and click on the link to download.


Measurement unit reference:

> 1 feet (ft)          = 12 inches (in)

> 12 inches (in) = 2.54 centimeters (cm)

> 2.54 centimeters (cm) = 25.4 milimeters (mm)

Colour print out:

All materials are printed in full colour (4 colour process) unless indicated otherwise in your artwork.


Colour print out accuracy:

> We strive to give you the best and most accurate print out everytime. Please take note that sometimes print out may vary -/+ 10% from the original colour. This is due to different paper material used. Therefore in this circumstances, such print out will not be categorised as wrongly printed.

> Reprints will be done if such print outs have a more than 20% difference from the original artwork. No changes to the artwork are allowed for the reprinted items.

Urgent printing:

> Urgent printing are available for customers who wish to expedite their printing items. Normally, urgent printing will take half the time of the normal printing duration to complete. A surcharge will be applied to all urgent printing items.

A quotation with all incurred additional costs will be sent to you for confirmation before printing. Please go to our "Contact us" page and sent us an email on your requirements.


Printing Materials:

> We have various kind of printing materials. If you do not see what you want in the catogories section, please go to "Contact us" page and sent us an email about your requirements.


Working days:

> Mondays to Fridays : 9am to 5pm    (Order cut off time: 5pm. After 5pm orders will be processed the next day)

> Saturdays                 : 9am to 1pm    (All orders will be processed on Monday) 

*closed on Sundays and gazetted pubic holidays for Selangor state.


Production days:

> Calculation of production days

Example (A): Your order: Name card printing (production duration: 3-4 days)

  >> Place order on Monday (cut off time 5pm)

        -> Printing will start on Monday

        -> Ready to be shipped on Thursday

        -> Shipped out on Thursday or latest by Friday morning

Example (B): Your order: Name card printing (production duration: 3-4 days) 

  >> Place order on Thursday (cut off time 5pm)

        -> Printing will start on Thursday

        -> Ready to be shipped on Tuesday

        -> Shipped out on Tuesday or latest by Wednesday morning


We have various types of payment methods for your convenience.

GST / Govt Tax:

> At the moment, we do not impose any taxes onto our products. An annoucement will be made before we impose the taxes.
