Shipping generally commence on the same day after the stipulated time to print. Production duration are 3-10 days depending on kind of printing. Packages are shipped via Malaysia Poslaju (1-3 days) with tracking and drop-off with required signature. We will provide you with a link to track your package online or click on the link above..
Postage/courier fees: Malaysia Poslaju
MyStore utilise the services of Malaysia Poslaju (2-3 days) postage service. Postage/courier fees vary according to total weight and dimensions of the shipment. All shipment will be insured. Malaysia Poslaju impose the following surcharge fees and taxes on all local and international shipments:
> Fuel surcharge 15%
> Handling charges 10%
> GST / Govt Tax 6%

** Please take note that Poslaju per shipment is limited to 30 kgs only. For any orders above 30 kgs, we will separate the order into 2 packages (one 30kgs package & one the balance). Postage/transport fees will be treated as 2 different shipments according to the weight of each packages.

How we calculate your product for shipping
Most of the products are calculated according to their specific weight. Some odd sized packaging will be calculated according to the dimension of the package.
Please take note that some items have complicated combinations that are very difficult for the system to calculate an accurate weight for shipping.
In such circumstances, we will take the heavier weight product as our default rate for shipping. The excess weight for the lighter product will then be manually recalculated and deducted accordingly. The price shown in the product is already adjusted to the specific product weight.
Returns
MyStore does everything possible to reduce the arrival of damaged goods, but damages do occur sometimes. In the first instance you must contact us by email to mystore@ideazs.com detailing the damage.
Please take a digital picture of the damage for our insurance and for any claims against the courier. Please do not dispose the item as we may require its return (if return is required we will arrange return shipping.).
Once we have been notified (and have received the images of the damage) we will replace the damaged goods as soon as possible. Due to the increasing of surcharge of our courier, all product that send to East Malaysia will be charged accordingly.
